Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Arrived Incorrect. Cafe refused to help.

bbg5 2/16/2026

I ordered a full set of appliances with the flat black handles. The specialty handles arrived separately and were the wrong size and finish. The standard handles present on the oven when delivered were steel and the specialty ones in the separate box and were brushed black. Lowe's claimed that they were packed in the box incorrectly by Cafe and therefore they would not exchange them. Cafe claimed it was Lowe's problem so they would not help me. GE claimed it was Cafe's problem and they would not help me. I called Lowe's headquarters, reached out to Cafe via email and social media and GE via their webform. No help. I wasn't even asking for a refund. All I wanted were the right handles.

A problem child

Bobert 123 11/5/2025

Unfortunately, while excited about the double oven, we™€™ve not been able to use it. We™€™ve had to have service people at the house twice already and it™€™s still not totally repaired. Also, the racks that go on the inside are very difficult to get in and out and scratch the side, even though we use the graphite I™€™m glad it™€™s under warranty, but I am concerned about the future. Thank you.

dmd1 5/14/2024

The oven is good so far. Surprised it only has one heating element per oven. Lots of installation problems, mostly around the plastic you put on the face of the control panel. Ours was turned on the edges, so we tried to remove it which pulled some kind of sealing caulk out and messed up the panel. You need to get rid of that plastic.

Best Wall Ovens EVER

awhitywhit 2/11/2024

Absolutely LOVE these wall ovens!! I ordered the Matte White with brushed bronze handles and they are stunning!! The pictures do NOT do them justice, they're even more beautiful in person!! I love the recipes that pop up on the screen from time to time as well as the photos. The usual photos are great but on Groundhogs Day, there were pictures of groundhogs and the for Super Bowl weekend it has been football related pictures. Kind of fun to have those little extras. The temperature probe works great and I love that I can plug it in to either the upper or lower oven depending on where I need it. I love all the settings and features and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of all that these ovens can do. Another great thing about these appliances is that they really don't show fingerprints. ESPECIALLY compared to stainless appliances..... I am so relieved to not have to look at fingerprints and smears every time I look at my appliances. Absolutely LOVE these wall ovens!!

The oven electronic panel went out after only 15 months. Replacement part and labor cost is $750! After purchasing a very expensive stove, you'd think it would last more than 3 months after the warranty expires. Very disappointing...

This wall oven is beautiful and works well. We™€™ve only had it for 2 months at this point. I™€™m hopeful it lasts a long time and is durable. You connect it to an app however it works without using the app, which is one thing I was concerned about. You can get it to send you an alert when the timer goes off or you can just have it make a sound when the timer goes off. Gorgeous oven!

Great oven, but...

confirmed baker 3/2/2023

I bought this oven because it was one of the only ovens available in white. The option for black handles was a plus. That said, this is a marvelous oven. It basically does everything well. I love the fact that the oven is accurate and reliable. I have gotten spoiled by the wifi connection; I now know when the oven is heated, when the timer goes off, etc. It's amazing what you can get used to. :) The one flaw in the oven is the long wait while the oven is heating or cooling off.
