I recently cut my thumb while opening the oven door. It was caught in the vent directly the oven door handle. I'm writing only to hope that these vents may be not so sharp and through change by you maybe no one else will be hurt.. Sincerely Ann C. I am very disatisfied with the design of the stove door. My daughter's, 6 year old child, got her little finger stuck in the extremely sharp stove door vent handle as well as my 16 week old kitten getting its claw stuck in it, too! There should be a recall on this model number. My wife and I could also get our fingers stuck and lacerated in one of the extremely sharp vent holes!! This is extremely unsafe for consumers especially with children!

Oven door has a sharp spot at top side corner

I had the door fully opened to clean, as I turned my leg scrapped again the side of the top door. I had to go to the hospital for stitches. All the other stoves I've looked at in store do not have the top side design. I would not recommend this model due to the sharp. The black coating on the top of range does come off when you use a razor with the flat top range cleaner after one year

Dangerous sharp spot on the door

The corner top of the oven door made a deep cut on my lower leg when I accidentally scrapped it as the door was fully opened. I had to go to the hospital for stitches. All the other stoves I've looked at in store do not have the top side design. I would not recommend this model due to the sharp. It needs to be redesigned. The black coating on top range flakes off when I use a cleaner and a razor.

This came standard in our new construction home. We™€™ve had it for one month exactly now and had no issues, other than the burning off the inside coating, I™€™ve had 3 brand new ranges in the past, this one by far was the worst and strongest smell yet. I had to stop it after 30 mins and air out my house. It gave me a migraine and made multiple people in my family sick to their stomachs, to the point I had to lay down because I felt awful!!! Other than that we have had no issues. The smell lasted through the first week every time I cooked, but finally wore away. Stove is nice sized. I love the warmer spot. And the quick boil feature really works! Didn™€™t think it would!

We remodeled our kitchen last September (2021) and bought all Frigidaire appliances at almost $5,000. Of course issue with range now 2 months past warranty! During cold winter months we make the kids hot chocolate some evenings. The stove wasn't used all day, made hot chocolate the same way with the same pan as we had done many, many times before. This time while heating the milk I heard a pop and a crack and 1/2 stove glass top cracked! Called store we bought them in and, of course, since not under warranty wanted $200 service call just to come out and diagnose. Called Frigidaire every day for a week and 20 plus minute wait on hold each time. Impossible to get a hold of and not sure what to do now with 1/2 stove for the holidays and beyond. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Frigidaire and their customer service!

It's my first ceramic stove with a convection oven feature. OMG is so different from the conventional stove. The hidden burners is one of the best features and is also safer than the exposed ones. Very easy to clean, different from the exposed burners. When there was a spill I had to clean the burner, the dripping base and inside the stove. What a mess!!! Never I'm going back to a coventional stove. Regarding the convection feature, I haven't used it yet. Another feature I love is the steam cleaning.

I was totally disappointed in the cooktop on this range. It is horribly difficult to clean. I've previously had a cooktop for over 15 years, and it was wonderful. It was a black & white speckled top, which cleaned excellently. This totally black top is impossible to clean. No matter what I do, it never totally looks clean. The oven works well. It seems hotter than my previous one, but that was over 15 years old. Unfortunately, we use the cook top much more often. I wish I had gone with my previous brand.

The burners all heat very quickly and evenly. The little warming burner in the middle is a great addition, and the other burners can be used to keep sauces and gravies warm without scorching as well.The oven bakes and roasts evenly and beautifully - I love the quick-bake/convection feature. I liked the features of the Frigidaire so much, I bought two! The self clean is very thorough but the steam clean does not work. I ran it twice, convinced I had done something wrong. On each try all I got was warm wAter on the bottom and condensation. Frigidaire owes everyone a $100 refund for this mistake.

After 3 years of owning this stove, it started beeping. It wouldn™€™t stop. We got an error ™€œF11™€. Called fridgidare. Nothing. Sorry it™€™s out of warranty they said. Called the place we bought it. Took a day off work for them to come fix it. It cost us $150 for them to come loon at the stove. It is a known error they told us. The key pad goes. He cleaned the key pad and told us if that didn™€™t fix the problem it was $400 for them to come replace the key pad. A week later it™€™s beeping again. Can™€™t use the ™€œ3™€ button at all. The stove beeps non stop unless we unplug it. This stove is 3 years old!!!! Fridgidare told us they wouldn™€™t help us because it was out of warranty!!!! The front of the stove is rusted out also!!!!! I will never buy fridgidare again!!!!
