Good fridge overall. A little bit too loud when running. Water and ice dispensers require a lot of pressure to activate. Fridge drawer comes in handy and French doors are nice feature.

if you do not store milk or other large juice containers on the door there is only one other shelf to do so. shelf adjustment is not very useful, cannot set up to double stack small containers.
ice maker is noisy, when it is running there is a constant annoying very high pitch noise, water flow is slow, cannot use water dispense if other door is open.

Have had this since July and it performs very well. I would suggest a design change to the long drawer..you need to open both doors to get to it. It would be better as 2 smaller drawers.

I had this same fridge from 2012 until now - it came with our new home. I always loved it, but had several issues with it. The ice maker needed a part (which we had already replaced once) and some other problem. We could have fixed it, but decided that after at least 5 service calls, we would purchase a new one. This was the only fridge that met all of our needs and had to match the color of our other appliances. We have had it for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. It stays icy cold and makes more ice than I need. Very happy so far.

My 27 cu ft refrigerator gave up the ghost. Lost everything in the freezer. The new frig was beginning to cool down in 2 hours. I waited the recommended 24 hrs to stock it even though it was making ice in 5 hours and the freezer was freezing ice cube trays in 6 hrs. Much quieter than the older, larger refrigerator. Highly recommend the delivery/set up team. They were very courteous and professional.

After using the refrigerator for several weeks I am disappointed with several features.
The refrigerator is much noisier than expected. Yes, I read the manual and see that some noise is expected, but it makes noise every time you open it in addition to ice, etc.
The left side of the refrigerator is colder than the right side. I can't use the left drawer for fruits and vegetables because they freeze. The door on the left side of the refrigerator doesn't always close tightly but the alert message on the door only shows when you are inside the refrigerator so several times I have found it not sealed.

You have to push very hard on the water-in-the-door bar to get it to switch on. Also, water and ice dispensers are deactivated when the right door is open. Not sure why.

We purchased this refrig to replace our Built In Kitchenaid that lasted 27 years!!
Nice design but found that at the recommended temp vegetable crisper was freezing the celery. Once it was adjusted works fine. Bit of adjustment getting use the shelf placement. Ice maker takes up a lot of interior space.

Same overall cubic feet as my previous side-by-side unit, but so far, it has MUCH more space. I wish the deli drawer had come with dividers, but as I'd just grabbed the door bins out of the other one instead of emptying them, I've cleaned them out and now use those for organization inside the full length deli drawer and on a higher shelf. I didn't think the tiny shelves in the left-hand door would be useful, but I've actually made good use of them for smaller things that tended to get lost in my last fridge. (Except the weird round one at the upper right that's big enough for a SINGLE soda can, maybe with another behind it. I had my husband's creamer there for a while, but he felt like it was freezing, being that close to the ice maker. But that near the top of the door, it's also not tall enough for a beer or coke bottle for quick-chilling.)
Problems that I've had include that there really is NO ROOM for stuff like wine bottles or 1-liter soda bottles to stand up, they HAVE to lie down or go in the right-hand door, which is full of other things already. Even some slightly taller condiment bottles barely fit, and only if you tuck them underneath the static portion of a slide-out shelf. Just a hazard of this many shelves in this style fridge, I suppose.
Additionally, the ice dispenser *frequently* crushes ice when it has not been switched from cubed. Apparently this is a feature, where if a sensor is blocked by a cube, the blades automatically engage to crush ice and clear the "jam", but I investigate it every time it happens, and it never seems there's actually a jam. As the cubes are already rather small, I'm already sick of winding up with a glass full of slush instead of individual cubes, but it doesn't seem to be a problem with the unit other than the way it's designed. And while every ice maker makes noise, my kids seem to think this one's abnormally loud compared to our old one. You can definitely hear it dump and refill, and for the first week or two, my skittish daughter jumped every single time she heard it.
Also, note that if you go with the standard black finish, while it's more scratch resistant than a "fingerprint-resistant black stainless" finish (which is typically just paint over regular stainless), this thing smudges SO easily, especially with little kids and a dog in the house. I never knew that my dog sniffed the fridge this much, but there are nose marks ALL over the freezer. LOL

I was forced to purchase a new appliance when the freezer on my prior Whirlpool failed. I have had this unit for about 2 weeks and so far my only issue is the large bottom drawer (kinda wish it was 2 small ones to access from opening only one side) and the volume of noise from when the ice tray is filling up with water or when you are getting water out of the door.

Have only had it 2 weeks. I love that it is much quieter than my Kitchen Aid one was. The doors are very lightweight, and I have to make sure they are closed, as it's very soft. I had to turn down the temperature as the automatic setting made the door connection in the middle at the top sweat and dribble.
