When they say silent they meant it, I can barely hear it. NO pre-cleaning required everything comes out sparkling clean. You will not be unable that you selected this for your home!

I had to replace my dishwasher because the old one leaked and ruined my hardwood floors, causing a $20,000 insurance claim. I purchased this dishwasher because it has a leak detector and automatic shutoff. However, I have found it cleans dishes completely, is almost silent while running, and I also love the feature where it vents the steam at the end of the cycle. Great dishwasher!

I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and it has been an amazing addition to my home. The dishwasher is super quiet there is no noise while it's running and it has an amazing top rack for silverware or silverware which makes it very easy it's very easy for putting the dishes away when it's completed. Additionally the door pops open once it's finished it's cycle Which I find to be awesome for health and cleanliness of the machine

I bought this dishwasher in June and it worked fantastic. I love the way it dries the dishes for you and pops the door open to release the steam. However, it's only November and the dishwasher has already stopped working. The service repair company scheduled a repair and had parts shipped to the house but it did not include the only part that was required to fix my dishwasher. After another week and several phone calls later I learned it needed a motherboard which the repair company was unable to locate. I was told by Samsung that I was approved for either a replacement or a credit and I'm waiting to hear more. I understand things break but appliances should be made to work longer than 6 months. I spent good money on an appliance and it's frustrating that it's already broken. Good thing it broke within the warranty timeframe and I don't have to shell out money for a new appliance. I only marked that I would not recommend this product to a friend because although I would; it would come with a buyer beware warning.

I have used this great dishwasher for 9 months and am happy. I like the quietness - so quiet I have to look at indicator lights to see if it is running. I also like the third level rack - very useful.
Would have been 5 starts except it is quite smelly between runs.

Was very happy with this machine until it started leaking occasionally from door. Contacted Samsung and a service appointment was arranged. The technicians replaced the door seal, inner door and finally the third technician that was sent noticed that two parts were not installed in the door that were added by Samsung to correct door leakage issues. A bit frustrating that it took four service calls to get the "fix" due to the service department not realizing sooner that this change had been made. Hopefully, the issue has been corrected permanently. Also, the middle rack of the dishwasher is very difficult to remove from the machine due to the plastic clips used to lock it into place. This mechanism makes removing the rack far more harder than necessary.

I don't know where to begin describing why I love this dishwasher so much! The dishes come out so clean. I never put pots and pans in my previous dishwasher because they never came out clean. This dishwasher does such a great job cleaning them, they look brand new. So load it up with pots, pans, casserole dishes, you will not be disappointed. I love the third rack for silverware, knives, serving pieces, travel mug lids, spatulas all those items that were hard to find a spot for in our previous dishwasher. It is whisper quiet! We can sit at the kitchen table a few feet away and barely hear that it is on. The controls on top of the door and pocket handle give it a sleek look. Six different cycles cover every wash need and the ability to delay start is a great bonus. The auto release at the end of the cycle ensures the dishes are dry and eliminated the full face steam we used to suffer with our old unit!

This dishwasher not only looks great, but it performs great! Love the black stainless steel look. Super quiet, you can run it anytime of the day without even knowing it's on. The additional top rack for silverware is perfect. It allows for more room on the bottom. The adjustable shelves make it perfect for any size of item to fit on the top rack or bottom. Lots of room for everthing while getting everything squeaky clean! Totally happy with my new dishwasher!

The time had come to replace our dishwasher. I had only 2 criteria it had to clean the dishes and run quietly. Luckily my wife researched and had a list of what she wanted. This Samsung checked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier. First we love the sleek design and color of the black stainless with pocket handle and hidden controls. I didn't know 3 racks was an option until she told me and it's genius! Finally a place to put larger knives and all those odd kitchen utensils. The middle rack can be adjusted for larger dishes, pots and pans. It also has a place for wine glasses and they come out sparking clean! This is also the quietest dishwasher we've ever had. We like that the unit pops open at the end of the cycle and vents the steam and there is an express cycle that runs in 60 min. We haven't explored all the options yet but so far we are more than satisfied with this unit!

We were desperately in need of a new dishwasher and this Samsung dishwasher was a perfect choice for our busy family! The delivery and the installation process were smooth and easy - the installers were in and out in 30 minutes! The very nice-looking black stainless steel is easy to clean, the dishwasher is so quiet!! Our family really likes the 3rd rack for silverware. The beeping noises are pleasant and we especially love that the door automatically pops open to let out the steam when the cycle is done. The touchpad responds with a slight touch and it is easy to set your wash cycle. Overall we really like the brand and performance.

just bought it. (2-6-2021) cleans great and looks like a million bucks. i don't pre-rinse anything, and it not only cleans, it polishes most of the dishes.
noise? what noise? don't be surprised if you bend your ear down next to the machine in order to hear it. it makes about as much noise as your refrigerator or less. i'm totally not kidding.
3rd rack and height adjustment of racks are useful features. so are things like rinse and hold and delay start.
i did not notice a tall tub feature. but really...is that something most people use a lot?
has great capacity and for some reason seems easy to load. rack design is not over complicated. tines are well made and adjustable

i would steer clear from this dishwasher or any other samsung appliance. i have had nothing but issues with my dishwasher. it is only a year old but can never finish a cycle. it will either just shut off or throw the dreaded "lc" error code for no reason. this is a big problem with these dishwashers. once this error shows up the dishwasher will not turn off and continue to drain. this is a potential fire hazard and to stop it you need to pull the plug or turn it off at the breaker depending on your install.

this is the worst dishwasher i have used started giving me issues 8 months after buying new one. service quick sent a technician who didnt know how to fix it, rather left me with a drawing and asked to be reinstalled. even after the reinstall dishwasher broke down again after 2 months, with same 5c error. after 3 months of chasing samsung, getting 4 service appointments, and calling plumber 4 times and spending 500$, we decided to buy a new one from lg (spent another $1100). i will never be buying any samsung products in future. samsung's product are bad, service is horrible and customer service rep are rude. we were well under the warranty, samsung cheated us by not replacing this product. do not recommend buying this product. i need therapy after dealing with samsung.

i don't know if it is the way best buy installed this or it is the dishwasher.. l2 keeps coming up and the dishwasher cannot operate. we had to have them come repair it, it worked for 6 months, now it has had this message twice in the last three weeks. they have repaired it again and we are hoping it works. i have a refrigerator i bought and a stove. the refrigerator is also broken now. the ice maker is not working. the stove we just bought and have our fingers crossed that we made the right choice.

my dishwasher model "dw80r7060ug/aa" has been broken for two months and the technician made 5 (five) trips to my home replacing various parts before determining that it is unrepairable i.e. manufacture defect. i wrote three detailed emails requesting a supervisor or someone who can make a decision to resolve this issue. instead, i received a threatening text message telling me that samsung is going to close my ticket if i don't send in the information to complete the refund process. i do not want a refund i want the same dishwasher replaced in my home.
on12/17 samsung called advising me that my product is not available, and they will be issuing a refund. however, when i went to samsung.com the product is definitely available. please price match so that i can purchase the same model.

This dishwasher is so quiet. It cleans really well my dishes are probably the cleanest they have ever been. My glasses are perfect. No food particles left on my plates. The extra space on the bottom rack let's me put in my bigger stock pots. I love this dishwasher. You can raise the middle rack up or down to accommodate those larger items and big utensils. The rack for silverware is everything if you like an organized load and unload process. And with all that is sooooo quiet. It is the perfect dishwasher.

Had it for two months.
Second load I did no rinsing.
Even fried egg yolk was removed from my Phelzgraph stone ware plates. No more rinsing for me.
It is super quite and I like the feature that has the door crack open at the end of the wash cycle.

i love this dishwasher! see pictures below of baked on tomato pasta sauce. this is how it went into the dishwasher, against my spouse's adamancy of it will never come clean! i put it directly over the storm wash section, selected that option as well as high temp and sanitize. one soap in the holder and that was it. there were no repercussions if it did not come clean as there is no heated drying. no need to pre-wash. the only drawback is that the there is still more water left on some plastic lids that would normally dry in the heated dry stage in older dishwashers. we put them on a dish drainer on the counter and they air dry. with no heated dry, the bottom rack is now open for plastics that would normally melt during the heated dry stage.

Bought this dishwasher a few weeks back and installed it on a Saturday afternoon. I was wonderfully surprised by the quality, fit and finish of the machine. It met and far exceeded our expectations, no buyers remorse with this one at all, my wife wasn't sure about the third slide out rack, but after she found out how practical it was, she changed her mind and loved it. Had my oldest daughter over last night for dinner, while loading up the dishwasher, she screamed with excitement as she found a new feature with every dish, folding plate tines in the bottom rack, to expand the size of the item to be washed. She also loved the third rack for silverware and long items like spatulas, tongs and other longer items. Surprised would be the first word out of my month when we ran it initially, remarking at how quite it was as it ran it through its paces. You have to listen closely to know that it is running, it is that quite. A low hum is basically all you hear, if you stand next to the dishwasher, you can carry on a normal conversation without raising you voice at all.
Cycles to clean everything, and it does the job smoothly, efficiently and without any strain. Using the dishwasher is easy and there is a very short learning curve to use it correctly, we freaked out after the first full cycle of dishes and were pleasantly surprised when it finished and the door popped open. With that feature, there is no more guessing, are the dishes clean or dirty. If the door is cracked open they are clean, closed they are dirty it is that simple.
I would recommend this dishwasher to my family and any of my friends. If my in-laws needed a new dishwasher, hands down we would suggest this unit. Very Happy, I would buy again, in a split second.

black ss is like a mirror. fingerprints are harder to see & easier to wipe off. we use the top rack for all our silverware. the storm wash cleaned a lasagna pan/a normal wash cleaned a grits pan.
